Elders

Berry Miller

Berry is a retired family practice physician who served the Angola community for 39 years. He and his wife, Robin, have three children and nine grandchildren. They have attended Fairview since 1987. Berry has served in many areas of ministry, including as a deacon, usher, greeter, Sunday school teacher, and a volunteer in youth ministry and children’s ministry.

Brian Thomas

Brian is an engineer at Vestil Manufacturing. He and his wife, Paula, have two adult children and have attended Fairview Missionary Church since moving to Angola in 2010. Together, they serve in children’s ministry, lead the NT Sunday School class, and are involved with the Security Team. Outside of Fairview, they have also served with 4-H and Samaritan’s Purse.

Chris Belpasso

Chris is a purchasing manager for a manufacturer in Bryan, Ohio. He graduated from Fremont and attended Fairview prior to 1986 before leaving for college and service in the Marine Corps. He and his wife, Julie, have two daughters, a son, and three granddaughters. They returned to Fairview in 2007, where Julie serves in the toddler room and Chris serves on the Men’s Ministry Team and Security Team.

Dave Maxey

Dave serves as a Quality Advisor for TC Energy. He and his wife, Joyce, have two sons and four grandchildren. They have attended Fairview since 2018. Dave is actively involved as a greeter, serves on the Missions Team, and participates on the board of the Steuben County LifeWise organization.

Dick Randall

Dick spent 46 years with White Castle System and retired in 1999 as Director of Risk Management. He and his wife, Shirlee, have three children, ten grandchildren, and seventeen great-grandchildren. They have attended Fairview since 2000 and have both served in various ministries. Dick currently serves as the Prayer Warrior Leader and assists with church finances. He is also the Church Ministry Chairman of Gideons International.

Jeremy Musser

Jeremy serves as the Steuben Circuit Court Judge and previously served as the elected prosecutor for Steuben County. He and his wife, Tia, have two adult children. They have been part of the Fairview community since 2007, where Jeremy has served as an usher, deacon, and elder. Tia has been involved in the children’s ministry, teaching Sunday school and serving in both the toddler room and nursery.

Jim Meyers

Jim is a retired dairy farmer and worked as a welding supervisor at Vestil Manufacturing. He and his wife, Marjie, have six children and ten grandchildren. They began attending Fairview in 1985. Over the years, Jim has served in many roles, including deacon, worship team member, youth ministry volunteer, and nursery worker.

Jim Rousseau

Jim is a retired Earth and Space Science teacher, baseball coach, and basketball coach at Snider High School in Fort Wayne. He also served as a Youth Director at a Fort Wayne church for 12 years. He and his wife, Barbara, have four adult children and 6 grandchildren. They began attending Fairview in 2021. Jim serves as a Life Group leader, Sunday School teacher, and is a part of Bible Study Fellowship.

Tim Crooks

Tim is a retired Detective Sergeant from the Angola City Police Department. He and his wife, Jo Ellen, have three children and four grandchildren. They have been part of the Fairview community since 2005. Tim has served in numerous roles at the church and currently serves on the Missions Team and Safety Team.
